About Us
Compassion Backed by Dependable Care Delivery
Mercy & Joy Home Care is a King of Prussia based non-medical home care organization supporting seniors, adults with disabilities, and people recovering at home.
Who We Are
A Local Agency Built Around One Person at a Time
Mercy & Joy Home Care provides non-medical assistance in the homes of clients throughout Montgomery County and select surrounding communities. Our work is practical: help with personal routines, meals, movement, housekeeping, and company.
What families notice most, though, is not the task list. It is whether the caregiver arrives, whether the same person comes back, and whether someone answers when they call. Those are the things we organize the agency around.
Our Purpose
Safety, Independence, and Dignity at Home
Most people would rather stay in their own home. Our purpose is to make that realistic — supporting what has become difficult while leaving intact everything a person can still do for themselves.
Care should feel like support, not supervision. That distinction shapes how our caregivers are trained and how care plans are written.

Our Approach
How We Try to Get Home Care Right
Families rarely leave an agency because of a single dramatic failure. They leave because of missed visits, changing caregivers, and calls that go unanswered.
- Personalized care plans written around the individual
- Reliable scheduling and clear expectations
- Caregiver-client compatibility considered from the start
- Communication your family can count on
- Supervision and check-ins on delivered care
- Continuity — the same faces wherever possible
- Respect for the home, the routine, and the person
- Accountability when something needs to be corrected
